Pool Inspections

Residential Pool Inspection Services

A swimming pool can significantly increase the value of a home. If you are purchasing a home with an existing swimming pool, let us perform an inspection to ensure that you are investing in a home with a pool that is in good working order.
What is involved in a pool inspection?

An average pool inspection takes 30 minutes to an hour. The inspection is a visual and operational inspection of the pool and its equipment. After the inspection is completed, we mail you a formal report with our assessment of the system, including recommendations for improving the energy efficiency, and any recommended repairs.

We do not make any repairs during an inspection, or perform any pressure testing of plumbing lines.

If there is reason to suspect underground lines are leaking during the initial inspection, we recommend a systems pressure test, which requires an additional service call and charges.

Contact us to schedule a pool inspection.

Energy Efficiency and Going Green

At BPPS we care about our mark on the environment, and we care about your budget. We believe there’s no good reason for a pool owner to spend more money or to use more energy than necessary to maintain their pool.
